René Jesús Aguirre Bracho, PhD

Trained first as a lawyer at the University of Zulia and later as a Doctor of Management Sciences with a postdoctorate in Management in Organizations, Dr. Aguirre built his career at the intersection of law, management and higher education — a rare combination that lets him guide a university from its legal incorporation to its international accreditation.

As a university professor, researcher and tutor, he has specialized in distance education, team management and knowledge networks. Today, from Doral, Florida, he advises institutions across the United States and Latin America on licensing, institutional evaluation, accreditation, e-learning ecosystems and corporate compliance.

His work has been recognized by national and international organizations — from research incentive programs in Venezuela to the CHEA International Quality Group and the United Nations' distinction as an Honorable Promoter for Social Development.
