El organismo que regula las pautas en torno a los derechos de autor es la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI\/WIPO), el cual en su sitio web ofrece acceso gratuito a informaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica sobre la propiedad intelectual a nivel mundial. La propiedad intelectual se entiende como el proceso en torno al derecho que tiene el autor sobre sus creaciones, obras literarias-art\u00edsticas, s\u00edmbolos, nombres e im\u00e1genes usadas en el \u00e1mbito comercial; es decir, el derecho de autor es todo el proceso vinculado a las acciones dirigidas a la protecci\u00f3n de la propiedad intelectual del autor en cuanto a la pertenencia que tiene sobre lo creado, desde el aspecto moral y comercial.<\/p>

Actualmente la globalizaci\u00f3n ha permitido que la producci\u00f3n intelectual sea objeto de vinculaciones y creaciones en conjunto entre autores desde diferentes puntos geogr\u00e1ficos del mundo, por lo que surge la interrogante sobre a qui\u00e9n pertenece la autor\u00eda de la producci\u00f3n realizada. En tal sentido, es necesario definir claramente el derecho de autor para ofrecer soluci\u00f3n a los conflictos de intereses sobre la obra que surgi\u00f3 de varios autores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
